Otherwise, to transfer units, all you have to do is:
the Manager may decline to register any partial transfer of units if the registration would result in the transferor or the transferee holding less than the fund’s required Minimum Investment Balance as specified in the fund’s prospectus.The Manager may also refuse an entry of transfer during the fourteen (14) days preceding a distribution date.

If the transferee is a new investor, he must also forward the following:
Üa photocopy of his Identity Card (if he is an individual applicant)
OR
Ücertified true copies of the Certificate of Incorporation or Registration, Memorandum and Articles of Association or Constitution or By-Laws, and relevant resolutions (if it is a corporate applicant)
