Investor Risk Profiling
Before making an investment, you first need to recognise your character as an investor. Often the hardest part about investing in unit trusts is choosing the fund that is 'best suited' to your needs.

Once this is done, it will help make your investment decisions much easier. Determining how to allocate your funds is one of the most important decisions in life and you need to ensure that you have explored all possibilities before taking the first step. You need to seriously consider where to invest, what to invest in, how long you plan to keep your money invested, what you expect from your investment and how much risk you can take.

It is human nature to want the highest return possible. However, return is just one of the factors you need to consider when selecting a unit trust fund. Equally important is how comfortable you are with fluctuations in unit prices, your requirements for regular income versus capital growth, and your investment timeframe.

Our INVESTOR RISK PROFILING calculator will guide you through this recognition process, and will make the selection decision of a unit trust fund easier for you by determining whether you are a conservative, moderate, aggressive or very aggressive investor.
